About the Course
Homeschool Learning- Mondays & Wednesdays 10-12
Students will get creative and learn about animals and habitats in the Amazon rainforest compared to Florida's Everglades. The weekly 2 hour long sessions will include games, activities, phonics lesson, projects, and learning. Dates: September 8,10, 15,17, 29, and October 1, 6, and 8.

Read Aloud: Picture book and Chapter books
Book project (Learn and create from read aloud book)
Sound games (Phonemic Awareness)
Creative Critter Creation (Students use recycled materials to make an animal found in the Amazon rainforest)
Word Scramble- Learn about a mystery animal from the Amazon
Mini lesson- learn about phonics and the Amazon
Vocabulary game
