Rule of Three- Handwriting Strategy

Children will write a sentence, then go back and find three things to change and fix. Some students feel stuck, like they have to rewrite everything and therefore end up revising absolutely nothing. Instead of feeling overwhelmed, this strategy helps them reflect meaningfully on their work and pinpoint small ways to improve.
